Returns and Exchanges

If any product is not 100% satisfactory, please return it within 10 business days for full credit or exchange in products when the product is returned in the following conditions:

• It must be returned in its original packaging. Any merchandise without its original packaging may
  not be accepted
• It must be free from any markings, sun fading or any other damages.
• Nail Polish, Gels, UV Gels, Brushes, Air Brush Guns, Drills, Skin Care or Open Cosmetics, Videos, Art Design Materials, Show deals, Holiday Merchandise, Paraffin, Special Orders, Some Equipment and Custom made furniture MAY NOT BE RETURNED
• All implements (nippers, pushers, brushes etc) can only be returned on the same day of the invoice with the original packaging.
• POLISH NO RETURN. Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Discontinued lacquers will not be accepted
• Incomplete displays or kits are subject to 20% restocking fee.
• Acrylic Liquids with broken seals will not be accepted
• Acrylic Powders can only be returned on the same day of the invoice. Broken seals are not acceptable.
• All return merchandise will be inspected and will be rejected if not acceptable to Hi-Fashion standards
• Manufacturer's warranties are honored with a receipt.

Any claims for missing items must be received within 24 HOURS of receipt of package. All electrical appliances, drills, airbrushing compressors and guns must be returned with a receipt within receipt date for full store credit or exchange. After 30 days, these items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
